Adecco is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Parts Counter Sales & Delivery Driver to join our warehouse team in Fresno, CA. This hybrid role involves both front-line customer interaction and hands-on warehouse and delivery work. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background, the ability to lift up to 70 lbs, and experience with order fulfillment and deliveries. This temp to hire position starts at $22.50 hourly.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Assist customers at the parts counter and will-call window in a professional and friendly manner
+ Process sales transactions, including handling cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment
+ Pull and prepare parts orders accurately and efficiently for customer pickup and delivery
+ Deliver parts to local shops and businesses in a timely and safe manner
+ Maintain knowledge of parts inventory and warehouse organization
+ Ensure delivery vehicle is kept clean and in good working condition
+ Communicate effectively with warehouse staff and customers
+ Assist with inventory counts and restocking as needed
Requirements:
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ Proven customer service experience, preferably in an automotive or industrial parts environment
+ Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
+ Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
+ Basic computer and point-of-sale system knowledge
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Prior experience in parts sales or warehouse operations
+ Familiarity with local delivery routes and businesses in the Fresno area

**Pay Details:** $22.50 per hour
