    Adecco Healthcare & LifeSciences is currently looking to hire a skilled Phlebotomist for their client in New Brunswick location .

    Position: Phlebotomist

    **Contract Type:** Temporary

    **Pay Rate:** $25/hour

    **Shift Schedule:** 20–28 hours per week

    **Working Days:** Monday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday

    **Interview Type:** In-Person

    Key Responsibilities:

    Blood Collection & Processing

    + Perform venipuncture and capillary blood draws with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism

    + Properly label and document all specimens with complete patient information

    + Ensure timely transport of samples to the lab for testing

    Patient Interaction & Care

    + Greet patients and provide reassurance throughout the procedure

    + Clearly explain blood draw processes and answer patient questions

    + Address patient concerns with empathy and professionalism

    Lab & Workplace Support

    + Follow proper procedures for handling, processing, and storing specimens

    + Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized work area

    + Assist with equipment setup, maintenance, and supply restocking

    Compliance & Documentation

    + Adhere to all clinic, safety, and infection control protocols

    + Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations

    + Accurately input patient data and results into the electronic health record (EHR) system

    + Assist with scheduling and coordination of lab appointments and follow-ups

    Qualifications:

    + High school diploma or equivalent (required)

    + Completion of a formal phlebotomy training program (preferred)

    + Previous experience in a phlebotomy or clinical lab setting is a plus

    + Familiarity with specimen handling, medical terminology, and infection control practices

    + Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication abilities

    **Pay Details:** $25.00 per hour
