Adecco is hiring immediately for **Sales Order Specialists** with our client in **Troy, MI** . Weekly pay starting at **$20.00–$30.00 per hour** (based on experience) and competitive benefits, including options for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). This is a **part-time position (20 hours per week)** with the potential to progress to **full-time (40 hours per week)** as workload increases.
As a **Sales Order Specialist** , you will be responsible for managing customer orders, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting sales and operational planning processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services. You’ll work closely with sales, production, and logistics teams, proactively resolving any order-related issues and providing consistent updates to both customers and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Accurately receive, review, and process customer orders.
+ Verify order details, including product specifications, quantities, and delivery dates.
+ Liaise with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
+ Identify and resolve order discrepancies and issues quickly.
+ Provide customers and internal teams with order status updates and delivery information.
+ Assist in preparing and executing the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, including data collection, forecast alignment, and meeting participation.
+ Maintain up-to-date order records, inventory levels, and delivery schedules.
+ Generate and analyze reports to monitor trends and support operational decision-making.
+ Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
+ Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
+ Minimum of 1 year of experience in order management, customer service, or the automotive industry.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with ERP or logistics/inventory systems.
+ Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
+ Flexibility to support after-hours requests from global teams when needed.
Preferred:
+ Experience in a manufacturing environment or OEM supply chain role.
+ Familiarity with S&OP, demand planning, or supply planning processes.

**Pay Details:** $20.00 to $30.00 per hour
