Job Title: Supply Chain Administrator
Job Description
The Supply Chain Administrator plays a crucial role in updating MS Excel documents for inventory reconciliations to assist Buyers in procuring goods. This role involves creating supply chain reports and performing general office duties such as organizing documents, filing, and scanning. The ideal candidate is proficient in using the MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook. Attention to detail is essential, especially when creating and editing organizational reports.
Responsibilities
+ Perform data entry tasks.
+ Conduct inventory reconciliation.
+ Create and distribute reports.
+ Potentially take on planning responsibilities, depending on aptitude.
+ Update production balances on Big Line schedules.
+ Create, edit, and close shop orders.
+ Review production envelopes and reconcile raw material consumption against BPCS shop order entries.
+ Perform stage transactions.
+ Manage Master Batch Sheets for Bulk Liquid.
+ Complete accountabilities.
+ Retrieve stored documents via Iron Mountain as needed.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in data entry with a scoring of 95% or better.
+ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office Suite, including Word and Outlook.
+ Experience in inventory reconciliation.
+ Knowledge of supply chain processes and administrative support.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with SAP and ERP systems.
+ College Degree required.
+ At least 3+ years of administrative experience.
Work Environment
The work environment is a corporate setting, operating Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. The position is on an open-ended contract for 6-9 months, with the potential to become permanent. The role offers opportunities for growth within a large pharmaceutical company.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00/hr.
