Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to develop and optimize manufacturing processes by studying product requirements and designing, modifying, and testing methods and equipment. This role involves providing engineering support to production teams, optimizing manufacturing flow and layout, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Responsibilities

+ Develop manufacturing processes by studying product requirements and designing, modifying, and testing manufacturing methods and equipment.

+ Provide manufacturing engineering support to production by answering questions and requests.

+ Collaborate with Design Engineering to optimize manufacturing flow, cost, and layout.

+ Collect, analyze, and summarize information to provide product and process reports.

+ Create work instructions in accordance with product requirements and assembly drawings.

+ Ensure manufacturing procedures adhere to safety and environmental regulations.

Essential Skills

+ Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.

+ 3-5 years of experience as an aerospace, automotive, or similar manufacturing engineer.

+ Knowledge of manufacturing processes, fabrication methods, and tool design.

+ Proficiency in CAD tools.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

Work Environment

This position is based at an on-site manufacturing facility in Midland. The company offers direct hire opportunities and provides relocation assistance, including a monthly stipend, hotel stay for 2-3 months, and stock options.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $110000.00/yr.

Offer comes with stipend of 1050 a month, housing 1-2 months, relocation bonus up to 10K and RSU for stock allocation.

Workplace Type

This is a fully onsite position in Midland,TX.
