Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Integration Engineer to support hardware and software integration for advanced missile systems. This role involves hands-on work in verification and validation of new test equipment, as well as active participation in missile testing throughout the product lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in electrical engineering, particularly in digital, analog, and RF circuit design or electronic components.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Support sustainment activities for missile systems, including processing, testing, and troubleshooting.
+ Participate in Material Review Board (MRB) activities and document non-conformances using quality systems (e.g., QNOTE, SNOTE).
+ Investigate and resolve hardware, software, and test equipment anomalies during system and subsystem testing.
+ Evaluate redesigns or upgrades to existing missile hardware.
+ Travel to and support flight test events as needed.
Required Skills & Experience:
+ Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.
+ 6–8 years of experience in systems integration.
+ At least 1 year of hands-on experience with lab equipment such as digital multimeters (DMMs), oscilloscopes, and power supplies.
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
+ Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Ability to read and interpret wiring schematics and hardware drawings.
+ Familiarity with specialized lab equipment such as milliohm meters, igniter testers, and spectrum analyzers.
+ Foundational knowledge of troubleshooting analog and digital electronics.
Technical Skills:
+ Test equipment (DMM, Oscilloscope, Spectrum Analyzer)
+ Electrical engineering principles
+ Hardware testing and troubleshooting
Experience Level: Intermediate
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $72.40 - $72.40/hr.
