    Job Title: Production Operator (2nd Shift)

    Job Description

    Join our team as a Production Operator on the 2nd Shift, where you will play a vital role in our manufacturing and assembly processes. Utilize hand and power tools, such as drills and rivet guns, to ensure precision in production tasks. Your skills in measurement and assembly will be key in maintaining the quality of our products.

    Responsibilities

    + Use hand and power tools, including drills and rivet guns, for assembling and manufacturing tasks.

    + Follow work orders and blueprints to select appropriate materials for projects.

    + Measure materials accurately using tape measures and calipers.

    + Perform mechanical assembly and riveting tasks.

    + Handle sheet metal and other construction materials.

    + Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.

    + Build crates and ensure proper material handling.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in using hand and power tools.

    + Experience in assembly, mechanical tools, and sheet metal work.

    + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work orders.

    + Comfortable standing and walking during the entire shift.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in sheet metal, construction, or similar work.

    + Ability to quickly learn how to use a rivet and perform mechanical assembly.

    Work Environment

     

    Our manufacturing warehouse is a bustling space with loud machinery and sheet metal production tasks. While the facility is not climate-controlled, it provides a robust environment for skilled operators. You will be standing on a cement floor for the majority of the shift, and may have opportunities to work outside depending on job requirements.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Commerce, California.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $21.50/hr.
