Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team during a very busy season. This role involves assisting with various daily tasks and is a contract-to-hire position, not seasonal.

Responsibilities

+ Make boxes for the slitting machines.

+ Operate the slitting machine using a computer (automated, could be 50% of the day).

+ Perform put aways.

+ Pick orders in the morning.

+ Scan items into the inventory system using SAP.

+ Help with order picking.

+ Heavy Lifting

+ Assist in receiving and putting away shipments twice a week using pump trucks, pallet jacks, and a counterbalance forklift.

Essential Skills

+ Ability to lift 50 lbs.

+ 1 year of warehouse picking experience.

+ Strong computer skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with SAP.

+ Counterbalance forklift license.

+ Familiarity with Oracle and AS400.

+ Skills in packing, order picking, and material handling.

Work Environment

The work environment consists of a small team of four individuals, working together to manage a fast-paced warehouse. The position requires handling up to 50 lbs at a time, potentially up to ten times an hour. The role operates from Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, with a one-hour unpaid lunch break.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Euless, Texas.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
