Job Description

The facilities maintenance technician will be responsible for promptly and safely performing repairs and preventative maintenance on a wide variety of building and facilities equipment, fixtures, and systems. This includes maintenance repairs on industrial electrical systems, plumbing, pressure systems, HVAC, and carpentry throughout the facility. Additional duties include replacing light bulbs, ceiling tiles, door knobs, locking systems, cabinets, and other facilities maintenance-related tasks. Industrial facilities maintenance experience is required.

Responsibilities

+ Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on various building and facilities equipment.

+ Conduct maintenance on industrial electrical systems, plumbing, pressure systems, HVAC, and carpentry.

+ Replace light bulbs, ceiling tiles, door knobs, locking systems, and cabinets.

+ Handle troubleshooting and repair tasks related to building maintenance.

Skills & Qualifications

+ 3+ years of direct facilities maintenance experience in an industrial setting.

+ 3+ years of experience in maintenance repairs on building electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry work.

+ Industrial maintenance experience.

+ Hydraulic and pneumatic maintenance.

+ Industrial electrical experience (480 Volt, Three Phase).

+ Any schooling (Associates or Certifications).

+ Welding/Fabricating.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $66000.00 - $91520.00/yr.
