Maintenance Technician – Forklift Specialist

Are you a skilled technician with expertise in forklifts? Join our global organization and play a crucial role in keeping our warehouse running efficiently by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing forklifts and related equipment.

What You'll Do:

+ Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair forklifts and other warehouse machinery

+ Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems to ensure smooth operations

+ Perform preventive maintenance and conduct routine inspections

+ Document maintenance activities using CMMS and ticketing systems

+ Support facility needs like lighting, door repairs, and workspace improvements

+ Oversee minor space renovations, inventory management, and efficiency enhancements

+ Mentor and support junior technicians to develop their skills

What You Bring:

+ High school diploma or equivalent (Certification on industrial lift equipment preferred)

+ Proven experience repairing and maintaining forklifts

+ Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical, hydraulic, electrical systems

+ Ability to work independently and escalate issues when necessary

+ Physical ability for lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45000.00 - $83000.00/yr.

The anticipated salary range for this position:

$27.00 - $39.25 Hourly

The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
