Role and Scope of Position:

This position is responsible for working across Eversource to identify and respond to regulatory obligations in as established by law and the Regulatory Authorities in the three states where Eversource operates: Connecticut, Massachusetts and New Hampshire\.

Essential Functions:

+ Monitors and coordinates Eversource’s participation in active regulatory proceedings\.

+ Ensures appropriate individuals within Eversource are aware of regulatory changes and compliance obligations\.

+ Ensures filings are appropriately reviewed, receive necessary approvals, and are made in a timely fashion\.

Technical Knowledge/Skill/Education/Licenses/Certifications:

_Technical Knowledge/Skill:_

+ Ability to summarize both in writing and verbally \- quickly and accurately

+ Advanced organizational and time management skills

+ Effective interpersonal skills are necessary since the job requires interaction with a myriad of individuals within the Companies \(e\.g\., legal, regulatory affairs, business owners\)

+ Regulatory Analysts work closely, often sharing docket responsibilities as necessary to be responsive to regulatory and business deadlines

_Education & Experience:_

+ Progress toward bachelor’s degree

+ Coursework in law, policy, environmental, energy or sustainability

Working Conditions:

+ Must be available to work emergency restoration assignment as required\.

+ Must be available to travel between MA/CT/NH as necessary\.

+ The job requires the ability to manage multiple dockets simultaneously, as well as multiple compliance orders, using problem solving skills and critical path assessment
