    What’s Required:

    + Graduate from an Occupational Therapy program accredited by the American Occupational Therapy Association .

    + Certification in Occupational Therapy (Current registration held by the National Board for Certification or eligibility for immediate registration)

    + Registered State of Michigan Occupational Therapist
