• Visual Designer (Hybrid)

    Cella Inc (Jersey City, NJ)


     

    Collaborate with team members to understand project requirements and objectives.

     

    Design and develop assets, graphics, and layouts for both digital and print media.

     

    Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.

     

    Apply best practices in accessibility and usability standards to design work.

     

    Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

     

    Establish and maintain a clear, organized system for file naming and management to enhance team efficiency and collaboration.

    Qualifications:

    Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques for both print and web.

     

    Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and similar design tools.

     

    Knowledge of current industry trends and the ability to incorporate them into design work.

     

    Ability to create designs that meet high standards of quality, accessibility, and usability.

     

    Attention to detail with strong organizational skills, ensuring consistent file management practices.

     

    A portfolio showcasing a wide range of creative projects.

     

    Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.

     

    Ability to take direction, collaborate effectively, and thrive in a team environment.

     

    A commitment to producing high-quality, impactful designs.
