    As a Sales Assistant at Ryan Homes, a brand of NVR, you will use your dedication and energy to support our new home sales success. Join our team and be an integral partner within the Division's sales team. Your attention to detail will ensure our model homes are a great presentation of our product, your energy

     

    will help support our Sales Consultant Team from competitive shopping and sales administration functions.

    Primary Responsibilities

    + Provide daily support to the sales team at a high-volume community

    + Conduct customer facing meetings including change order and pre-construction meetings

    + Assist with sales paperwork and administrative tasks

    + Maintain in-depth knowledge of options in the home to review with buyers

    + Collaborate with the sales team to assist with what is needed to achieve their sales goals

    Qualifications

    + At least 1 year of sales or administrative experience

    + Demonstrated customer service and interpersonal skills

    + Excellent planning, organization, communication, and administrative skills

    + Available to work 5 days each week (Monday-Friday).

    + Homebuilding or Real Estate experience is a plus

    + Technical experience with Microsoft products
