    Job Summary:

    As an Assistant Supply Chain Coordinator, you will oversee order tracking, supplier communication, and inventory coordination to support efficient supply chain operations. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate documentation and optimizing supply processes.

    What You’ll Be Doing

    + Track purchase orders, confirm supplier receipt, and manage delivery timelines

    + Work with warehouse and procurement teams to resolve order delays

    + Assist in releasing blanket and standing orders under demand planner guidance

    + Maintain accurate documentation on inventory levels and delivery schedules

    + Analyze supplier performance and escalate concerns as needed

    + Support inventory control and stock management functions

    + Contribute to supply chain process improvements for operational efficiency

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain workflows

    What We Are Looking For

    + 1-2 years of relevant experience or equivalent education, training, or experience

    + Experience in administrative, purchasing, or data entry roles

    + Strong background in working with external vendors and internal teams

    + Other equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree

    The Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Needed for This Role

    + Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams

    + Strong organizational and time management skills

    + Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

    + Familiarity with ERP systems like PeopleSoft is a plus

    The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $30,200.00 - $75,400.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
