    The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive qualified traffic, and generate leads for our new home communities. You will manage a team of digital specialists and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistency in messaging, branding, and customer engagement.

    Responsibilities and Duties:

    + Digital Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to increase brand visibility, website traffic, and lead conversions across multiple channels.

    + Team Leadership: Proven ability to inspire, lead, and mentor teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.

    + Analytics and Conversion Optimization: Develop A/B testing initiatives for website landing pages, form strategy and digital content to optimize conversion rates and user experience.

    + Spearhead efforts to enhance organic search rankings through on-page, off-page and technical SEO, while managing multi-channel marketing campaigns to maximize ROI and generate high-quality leads.

    + Multi-Channel Orchestration: Coordinate social media advertising, display advertising, and retargeting campaigns, optimizing performance across platforms.

    + Content Strategy: Work closely with internal teams to develop compelling and relevant website content, blogs, email campaigns, and social media posts that align with business goals.

    + Lead corporate marketing campaigns to engage prospects and drive home sales, utilizing automation, personalization and segmentation strategies.

    + Data Analysis & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), generate reports, and provide insights to refine marketing efforts for maximum impact and efficiency.

    + Budget Management: Direct the digital marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective campaign execution and strategic spending.

    + Vendor and Agency Management: Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors, ensuring the execution of marketing initiatives aligns with company goals.

    + Innovation & Trends: Stay up to date with emerging digital trends, tools, and industry best practices, continuously optimizing strategies for improved performance.

    **Position Standards** :

    + Ability to lead, motivate, and coordinate a team with strong communication, decision-making, and collaboration to achieve goals and support development.

    + Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and drive strategic decisions.

    + Strong communication & presentation skills **:** Clearly convey strategies, insights, and results to stakeholders

    + Outstanding project management, and problem-solving skills.

    **Position Requirements** :

    + 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in Direct-to-Consumer related industry.

    + Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, paid social media, and digital content marketing strategies.

    + Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)

    + Hands-on experience with managing Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4, Tag Manager etc), Meta Ads.

    + Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. MBA preferred.

    + Experience working cross-functionally with sales, creative, and development teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
