At Capgemini, we are seeking a dedicated Mobile Test Lead to join our dynamic Med Tech team. This is a unique opportunity to work on brand new projects that shape the future of healthcare medical technology. Test Lead to drive verification and validation in software/hardware testing for Medtech products.You will play a critical role in ensuring that our Med Tech products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. Your work will directly impact the lives of patients and healthcare providers by ensuring flawless performance of our innovative solutions. The primary responsibility of this role is to uphold the quality and reliability of products by spearheading test strategy, planning, execution, and automation efforts. The Test Lead will engage closely with development teams, product leadership, and other customers to establish standard approaches, increase testing efficiency, and enhance overall product performance. You must have experience working in medical device or medical technology industry.

Your role

+ Define and implement comprehensive test strategies, plans to ensure thorough verification, integration, and validation of power system products.

+ Review user requirements, use cases, and system specifications to fully understand project details and align test coverage with product expectations.

+ Plan, develop, and complete system-level, integration, and element-level testing, including new feature, regression, and validation testing to confirm compliance with requirements.

+ Develop the test automation framework in TestNG/Java for mobile automation of flutter apps.

+ Develop, maintain, and extend automated test and infrastructure to optimize testing efficiency.

+ Apply test management and defect tracking tools to ensure effective test execution, traceability, and documentation.

+ Work with continuous engineering and development teams to reproduce, analyze, and resolve customer issues, identifying root causes efficiently.

+ We lead go/no-go release decisions by assessing test results, coverage, and system stability!

+ We guide and mentor test engineers, fostering standard methodologies, continuous improvement, and technical innovation.

+ We collaborate with multi-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs, improving overall test coverage and product reliability.

+ Continuously evaluate and refine testing processes and procedures to maintain the highest quality standards.

+ We share test status updates with collaborators, customers, partners, and team members, highlighting progress, coverage, and key quality metrics.

Your skills and experience

+ 10 years of experience in software testing as a Lead (R&D environment preferred).

+ 8 years of experience in test automation, using Java/TestNG, mobile automation, Web apps automation.

+ Experienced in planning tests, scheduling tasks, estimating for system releases, and leading release decisions based on test outcomes.

+ Expertise in troubleshooting and root cause analysis to quickly identify system issues and in-depth knowledge of testing methodologies, including Regression, Functional, Performance, Closed System, Unknown, Known, and Integration testing.

+ Ability to manage traceability between test plans, test cases, automation sequences, and requirements using test management tools.

+ Strong problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills, with a focus on driving quality improvements.

+ Experience in international and/or multi-site project development.

+ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
