    The Senior Manager, Investor Relations will collaborate with the Vice President of Investor Relations to develop and execute Weyerhaeuser’s investor relations program and strategy, focused on maximizing long-term shareholder value. This role reports to the Vice President, Investor Relations and requires close collaboration with Weyerhaeuser’s CEO, CFO, business controllers, operating leaders, and corporate functions.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    * Collaborate to develop, execute and lead components of Weyerhaeuser’s Investor Relations strategy, operating plan and investor targeting strategies

    * Collaborate with internal stakeholders and senior management, and lead components of investor relations messaging and materials development, including:

    * Earnings press releases, conference call scripts, and Q&A preparation materials

    * Presentation materials for investor conferences and roadshows

    * Presentations, scripts, agendas and logistics for investor days and tours

    * Educate and update investors and analysts about Weyerhaeuser’s strategy and financial performance:

    * Lead retail investor interactions

    * Collaborate with internal stakeholders and assist in the development of integrated communications and media strategies:

    * Collaborate to assist in the development of key messages and ensure alignment across Investor Relations, Sustainability, Treasury, Corporate Secretary, Corporate Communications, Acquisitions & Divestitures, and Weyerhaeuser’s senior management team

    * Assist in addressing internal questions regarding public disclosures to investors, media, government officials, and trade and industry associations

    * Collaborate with Vice President of Investor Relations and lead communications with certain institutional investors, sell-side equity and credit analysts, debt holders and rating agencies

    * Lead valuation and competitive analysis:

    * Analyze sell-side notes and models to understand expectations for company financial performance

    * Analyze and communicate sell-side valuation metrics and price targets

    * Monitor industry trade publications and competitor announcements and develop key messages regarding market conditions and business drivers

    * Track and analyze investor ownership and engagement:

    * Monitor, analyze and communicate ownership status and trends

    * Collaborate to develop and implement investor targeting initiatives

    * Document and analyze investor engagement using investor relations CRM tool

    * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or related discipline

    * CFA, MBA, CPA, IRC or Masters in Finance preferred

    * 5-10 years of experience in corporate finance, accounting, investor relations, business development, strategic/financial planning, or a related field

    * 1-3 years of investor relations experience for a public company, or as a buy-side or sell-side investment professional, is desired

    * Developed understanding of financial markets and investor relations concepts and practices

    * Developed understanding of modeling techniques used to project a company’s financial and operating performance and the resulting valuation for its stock

    * Strong financial statement analysis skills

    * Basic understanding of commodity markets

    * Forest products industry experience desired

    * Experience with ESG disclosures preferred

    * Outstanding oral and written communication skills

    * Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly establish new relationships

    * Ability to explain complex topics clearly and concisely

    * Energetic, efficient, resourceful, inquisitive and detail-oriented

    * Flexible, adapts to unanticipated changes, copes well with stressful situations

    * Team player and individual contributor

    * Willingness to identify and incorporate innovation in the Investor Relations function

    * Willing to do basic tasks if it helps the team get the job done

    * Proficient with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Bloomberg, and SharePoint collaboration tools

    *What We Offer:* **

    *Compensation*: This role is eligible for our annual merit-increase program, and we are targeting a salary range of$117,300-$214,000based on your level of skills, qualifications and experience. You will also be eligible for our Annual Incentive Program, which offers a cash bonus targeting 25% of base pay. Potential plan funding may range from zero to two times that target.

    *Benefits*: When you join our team, you and your dependents will be offered coverage under our comprehensive employee benefits plan, which includes medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, and life insurance. We offer a pre-tax Health Savings Account option which includes a company contribution. Other benefit options are also available such as voluntary Long-Term Care and Employee Assistance Programs.     *Retirement*: Employees are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan, which includes a paid company match in addition to our annual contribution equal to 5% of your base salary.

    *Paid Time Off or Vacation*: We provide eligible employees who are scheduled to work 25 hours or more per week with 3-weeks of paid vacation to use during your first year of employment. In addition, after being employed for six months, eligible employees begin to accrue vacation for future use. We also recognize eleven paid holidays per year, providing a total of 88 holiday hours and paid parental leave for all full-time employees.
