    Weyerhaeuser’s Lumber Mill in Plymouth, NC is accepting applications for Entry Level Production Associates. We are seeking individuals who desire to work in a market-focused, lumber manufacturing facility while maintaining a positive attitude and good work ethic.

     

    Starting pay for the position is $16.75 per hour.

     

    * High school diploma or GED

    * Solid work history and be totally committed to safety

    * Minimum one year of industrial and manufacturing experience preferred

    * Must be available to work all shifts

    * Must be willing to flow to work across job boundaries

    * Willingness and ability to learn new jobs and skills

    * Excellent listening and communication skills

    * Ability to demonstrate open, honest and regular exchange of information and treat all employees with respect and dignity

    * Must be team oriented; puts team’s needs ahead of individual interests, accept personal accountability for team’s plans and results, work to develop trust and respect; take initiative and solve issues
