    Position Description

    Reynolds and Reynolds is looking for an experienced Automotive Service Professional (Service Advisor\/Service Manager\/Fixed Operations Director) to sell our parts and service software solutions to automotive dealerships within a defined territory.Responsibilities:- Promote the sale of Reynolds\u2019 products to automotive dealerships Parts and Service departments- Serve as the subject matter expert on Service Sales Kit, Service Price Guides, Technician Dispatching, Advanced Service\/Advanced Service Follow-up, Parts Bar-coding, GoMoto, Appointment AI, Reservation360, and other related solutions- Work closely with the local Account Managers to demo our products and close the sale- Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our current customers as well as finding new accounts- Training with experienced representatives in the field, online courses, and classroom instruction at our headquarters (Dayton, OH)- Compensation: You will receive a base salary of $65,000 and total targeted compensation for the first year is expected to be $80,000-90,000\/year including commissions. Total targeted compensation after the first year is expected to be $120K+.

    Training

    Our training consists of time with experienced representatives in the field, online courses completed in your home office, and classroom instruction at Reynolds University, our award-winning internal learning institution in Dayton, Ohio. You will complete four different courses at Reynolds University throughout your first year. Topics covered will include training on sales techniques, negotiations, dealership operations, and in-depth product training on our Dealership Retail Management System.

    Requirements

    Bachelor\u2019s degree or equivalent experience~^~1+ years related experience~^~Strong customer relationship skills~^~Persuasiveness and sales-closing abilities~^~Excellent oral and written communication skills~^~Fixed operations automotive industry experience (Service Advisor, Parts Manager, Service Manager or Fixed Operations Director)~^~Ability to travel (overnight hotel stays) up to 25%~^~Must have a valid driver\u2019s license, with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI\/DUI\/DWI violations in the last five years
