A Typical Day
The Senior Business Support Analyst will be responsible for evaluating information from multiple sources, reconciling conflicts, and distinguishing user requests from the underlying true needs of the Fulfillment business as it pertains to the overall strategic plan. As the Business Analyst , primary responsibilities include utilizing business analysis and data science techniques to identify opportunities to improve efficiency, drive strategy and to implement solutions through process engineering, automation, and alternative technologies.
The Senior Business Support Analyst will :
+ Perform analysis and produce reporting on regular and ad-hoc basis
+ Understand, interpret, and present recommendations for action based on a data-driven analytics
+ Identify and develop automation processes to improve efficiency
+ Create and maintain policies and procedures
+ Coordinate and deliver training
+ Provide general reporting and analytics support to business leaders
+ Perform other related duties as required and assigned
+ Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values
What You’ll Bring
+ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Finance, Economics or related field preferred
+ 3+ years of relevant work experience
+ Profeciency in SQL
+ Advanced understanding of data creation, extraction, manipulation, analysis and storage
+ Familiarity with basic statistical and machine learning modeling concepts
+ Experience with statuistical or data scient software (R, Python, SAS, etc.)
+ Ability to communicate key concepts in analytics and technology effectively
+ Must be highly proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
+ Financial Services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferred
+ Experience in Loan Origination or Broker Lending preferred
+ Work Model: Onsite

Compensation: Individual salary may vary based on multiple factors including specific role, geographic location / market data, and skills and experience as defined below:
+ Lower in range - Building skills and experience in the role
+ Mid-range - Experience and skills align with proficiency in the role
+ Higher in range - Experience and skills add value above typical requirements of the role
Some roles may be eligible for performance-based compensation and/or stock-based incentives awarded to employees based on company and individual performance.
