Job Summary
The Marketing Coordinator will utilize all forms of marketing to promote All American Do it Centers and Americon Construction to customers. This includes all types of media- hard copy, radio, television, social media and website marketing. Tracking available advertising coop dollars and redeeming funds from vendors. Customer outreach and scheduling events will be included in the position.
Responsibilities and Duties
+ Utilize all forms of hard copy, social media, and our website to promote and encourage All American as a retail Home Center and Americon as a Commercial contractor and an employer.
+ Plan, create and coordinate all forms of advertising through differing media means and research and utilize all incentives available to All American through those medias and our coop Do it Best.
+ Promote and monitor social media, website, and customer incentives available such as our customer Rewards program.
+ Plan, promote and coordinate educational programs for our professional customers (lunch and learn promotions) and our internal sales staff.
Qualifications and Skills
+ Qualifications- prefer 2+ years’ experience in marketing.
+ Education Qualifications- prefer Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree and/or marketing experience
+ Skills- Problem solver, detail-oriented, excellent customer service skills, outstanding communication and negotiation skills, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
+ Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud.
+ Ability to self-motivate, take initiative, and work independently.
+ Valid driver's license is a requirement.
