Responsibilities
+ Focused on direct activation with omni-channel content publishers, contributing to drive creativity, ideation, and innovation that leads to ownable consumer engagement opportunities in the content and digital space.
+ Provide strategic recommendations based on audience insights, deep past performance analysis and robust knowledge of the marketplace throughout content and digital investment expertise
+ Lead negotiation strategies by building strong relationships with content and digital publishers
+ Help to set overall objectives and corresponding KPIs for each campaign
+ Oversee supervisor and planners throughout strategic development, sell-in and execution process
+ Create branded content initiatives that achieve business goals while optimizing media investments.
+ Collaborate with the Strategy, Video Operations and Analytics teams to achieve the creation and execution of customized integrated marketing solutions, driving ROI for the brands.
+ Ensure key information is provided to and through the teams in a timely manner including any updates or issues to guarantee swift turnaround and buttoned up execution of campaigns
+ Issues to be laddered up to senior leadership as needed
+ Manage program budgets in partnership with Investment teams and maintain accurate financial tracking and reporting.
+ Understand the content & digital landscape and adopt new media trends from a publisher, audience and category perspective if relevant to clients’ objectives and able to deliver quantifiable ROI.
+ Collaborate with cross-channel content creators, media brands, and partners to identify, customize, and execute opportunities that deliver on specific client goals across disciplines. Maintain strong relationships with partners to allow easier negotiation, drive efficiencies, enhance access to innovations, ensure first-to-market opportunities, and smooth execution of partnerships.
+ Lead project execution, including digital campaigns, integrated sponsorships, and content creation across linear, digital, social, print, event, and emerging and interactive platforms. Supervise the development and monitoring of client delivery executions, assuring quality control of all content partnership-related media planning and implementation.
+ Build, maintain and grow client relationships, in support of the team
+ Lead and contribute to client presentations and lead management of deliverables and communications especially as it pertains to content and digital campaigns
+ Understand and articulate client category expertise and knowledge of the competitive landscape
+ Leverage strong project management skills and team player mind set to collaborate with IAT (including Creative, PR and Shopper teams) projects and meetings in order to deliver holistic strategies for the brands
+ Supervise, direct and review the development and implementation of content and digital campaigns by supervisors/negotiators/planners & assistants
+ Assist in developing the team into highly respected and trusted professionals by helping to grow their skill-sets and thought-processes through mentorship, evaluation and training
+ Support connectivity with adjacent practices (Cultural Convergence, Commerce, Business Affairs, Publicis Sports)
+ Identify growth opportunities, emerging formats, and industry trends on behalf of client and agency business.
+ Contribute to thought leadership positioning content as a business driver.
Qualifications
+ 5+ years of Integrated Marketing and Branded Content Execution experience
+ Proven success in developing content partnerships that drive business results.
+ Experience in channel planning and content distribution.
+ Strong strategic thinking and creative problem-solving abilities.
+ Negotiation and relationship-building skills.
+ Strong presentation skills with the ability to influence at senior levels.

Compensation Range: $105,165 - $165,485 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
