We are seeking an experienced and skilled supervisor to lead our team of 10+ engineers responsible for Systems of Interest (SOI) for P736 and P768 systems and other future programs. As a supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of your team and the organization by driving employee engagement, developing talent, and leveraging advanced technologies to improve quality and efficiency. You will lead the transformation of the team to full system engineering, Systems MBFMA and systems delivery.
Responsibilities:
_Employee Engagement and Development:_
+ Foster a positive work environment by improving employee sentiment and favorability on performance evaluations.
+ Lead MBFMA and Optimization projects for 14 SOI on P736 & P768, in addition:
MBFMA and Optimization of ADAS Bar for P768 strip chassis
sPHEV MBFMA for P768 TDJ end of Dec.
+ Identify and nurture critical talent through CDAT and Organization & Talent development initiatives.
_Problem-Solving and Training:_
+ Achieve 100% completion of training requirements in root cause analysis, problem-solving techniques, and statistical methods.
+ Ensure employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles through
certification requirements
_Robustness and Quality:_
+ Ensure 100% robust completion of the Robustness Checklist process and sign-offs to minimize the risk of failures and ensure the reliability of parts.
+ Enhance quality and simplify designs, reduce costs, and improve efficiency through design complexity reduction efforts, and reducing part count.
+ Reduce potential issues and ensuring system level requirements are developed and signed off by Technical Specialists.
_Technology and Innovation:_
+ Strong technical knowledge of tools: such as Catia/TCe/FEDE, SysML (Magic Draw), CAE (IPS), Optimization (Simulink, MATLAB), JIRA
+ Utilize LLM and Smart FMA AI for MBFMA to leverage advanced technologies and improve speed and accuracy.
+ 3DX development and training to enable Magic Draw integration
_Additional Responsibilities:_
+ Manage and develop a team of 10+ engineers.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
+ Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in systems engineering and technology.
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in engineering: Electrical, Controls, Mechanical or related degree, or foreign equivalency degree, or a combination of equivalent experience and education
+ 5+ years’ experience delivering component and subsystem as a D&R or systems engineer
+ 5+ years of Proven leadership and management skills.
+ Strong knowledge of systems engineering principles, practices, and tools.
+ Experience with advanced technologies, such as LLM and Smart FMA AI.
+ Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

+ 7+ years’ experience delivering component and subsystem as a D&R or systems engineer preferred
+ 5+ years of Proven leadership and management skills
