Join our team as a Plant Administrator and play a key role in supporting daily operations at our Little Rock facility. This position provides vital administrative support to plant leadership across HR, Safety, Operations, and more. Responsibilities include coordinating meetings and events, managing communications, maintaining office supplies and services, and supporting employee engagement initiatives. + Prepare presentations, memos, and other documents as directed

+ Plan and coordinate onsite and offsite meetings and events

+ Facilitate event and meeting coordination

+ Manage mass communications within the company

+ Oversee the operations of company stores

+ Perform various administrative tasks as assigned

+ Visitor management and scheduling

+ Support employee engagement initiatives, activities, and community outreach to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

+ Administrator of Learning Management System (HSI)

+ Invoice processing

+ Maintain and organize files (internal and external), ensuring proper document retention

+ Order and manage office supply inventory

+ Provide general office administrative support

+ Management of site services: janitorial, pest control, landscaping, garments, employee vending

+ Assisting with the coordination of employee training sessions

+ Identify areas for process improvement, propose solutions, and implement enhancements

+ Serve as a backup for the Logistics Coordinator I

Required Qualifications

+ High school Diploma or equivalent is required

+ Associate or bachelor’s degree relevant to the role is preferred

+ 2-4 years of administrative experience is required

+ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills required

+ Strong interpersonal skills required

+ Strong analytical and decision making skills required

+ Must be fluent in Microsoft applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.)

+ Travel requirements – 10% of the time
