    The expected pay range for a Retail Supervisor in Hilo is $42,100 to $57,250 per year plus bonus.

     

    HPM Building Supply in Hilo, Hawaii is seeking to hire a full-time Retail Supervisor to assist the Retail Sales Manager to expertly serve customers and maintain high operating standards in a fast-paced building material supply store. The Retail Sales Supervisor continuously assesses current staffing, stock, retail and marketing effectiveness to ensure a top of class customer experience.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    + Previous customer service experience in a retail environment is required

    + Previous supervisory experience preferred, but not necessary

    + Intermediate computer skills

    + Ability to provide excellent customer service

    + Ability to lift 25 lbs with or without a reasonable accommodation
