SUMMARY
Support various Regional Manager roles by extracting data from systems including the OLP system, OBI systems, Subarunet, and other internal systems, cleaning the data and performing analysis to improve areas of opportunity. Utilizing these systems, the Analyst will provide detailed regular and ad hoc reporting to support our regional team, field members, and Retailers by reporting on data that will optimize performance and drive revenue growth. The Sales Analyst will identify business trends, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide actionable insights that will help improve business strategies and decision-making.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Market Analysis of Region and Zones in Retailer Development areas utilizing Registrations, Sales, Competitive Sales, SOSA and Make Rank reports and other program data available support the Regional Retailer Development manager.
• Develop reports for numerous areas of the Retailer Development department for distribution to VP, Zone Directors and all Retailer Development Managers on Zone and Regional levels. Addendum Tracking, tracking of Financial agreements, utilizing I-Exam to track and distribute Retailer financial reports.
• Draft and edit documents for Zones supporting RRDM and ZRDM.
• Develop and analyze reports for Regional Retailer Operations Manager extracting data and distribution of data to Directors and DSM’s identifying opportunities to improve performance in areas of business such as OLP, NPS, Profitability, and more.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• Prepare presentation decks for RVP to execute meetings such as Executive Kickoff, PFS, and RAB meetings.
• Produce and distribute weekly, monthly and annual reports for RVP.
• Process State Licensing for the Eastern Region offices and Field as required. Support Regional Administration Manager performing updates for Subarunet, SOA intranet announcements and changes as well as other support determined by RAM.
• Provide support to the Regional Administration Manager with Regional Meetings, including the annual ORG meeting, Executive Kick-Off, and Eastern Region Retailer Advisory Board meetings, and ERG/DEIB events.
• General office duties include ordering supplies, updating Regional informational reports, and coordinating month-end meetings.
• Support Regional Accounting Analyst with Regional Incentive and Coupon Programs, including tracking and verifying Retailer submissions.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES
• Self-motivated and proactive individual that can anticipate needs, act without being prompted, and is comfortable working independently to drive results.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills, specifically with Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience in Subaru Business Intelligence OBI, Intranet, and Subarnet to pull and analyze reporting
• Strong Organizational Skills – ability to prioritize and multi-task as needed within department and multiple departments with flexible approach to assignments as shifting priorities occur.
• Excellent and professional interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills: comfortable communicating with all levels of the organization and external vendors and Retailers when necessary.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: BA/BS with 2 to 4 years of relevant experience
JOB GRADE/FLSA STATUS: P1 / Nonexempt
COMPENSATION: The recruiting base salary range for this full-time position is $57500 – $75000 / year. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Additionally, this role is bonus-eligible, with a target bonus percentage that provides an opportunity to earn even more based on your performance.
