    Responsibilities

    Ascension Wisconsin is looking for an Epileptologist for our Neurology department

     

    This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to partner with Ascension Wisconsin to provide medical services to patients.

     

    Ascension Wisconsin seeks a highly motivated and energetic Epileptologist to join our well-established, collegial group in Downtown Milwaukee, WI.

    + Requirements:

    + Board Eligible/Board Certified in Neurology

    + Epilepsy Fellowship Trained

    FACILITY

    + Clinic Hours

    + Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm

    + Patients per day: 15-20, which includes outpatient, EMU, and virtual visits/tele-epilepsy

    + Clinic staffed with RN, RN navigator, and MA support

    + Join a very friendly-collegial group including general neurologists, a robust neurohospitalist team, and neuropsychologists

    + On-site:

    + Neurodiagnostic lab: EEG and long-term monitoring rooms

    + Established Neuropsychological program

    Requirements

    Licensure/Certification/Registration:

    + Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Wisconsin Medical Examining Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Verified by local Credentialing Office.

    + Advanced Life Support credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) preferred. Verified by local Credentialing Office.

    Education:

    + Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
