Essential Job Duties:

The primary purpose of this role is to work with providers in preparing patients for appointments (vital signs, chief complaint, pulling in questionnaires appropriate for the visit, and performing medication and allergy reconciliation. Orders and procedures to be performed include administering injections, oral medications, performing nebulizer treatments, EKG’s and applying durable medical equipment. This is an active health care setting offering primary care and GYN services for adolescents and adults

Other Work/Responsibilities:

+ Other duties as needed

Required Qualifications:

+ Active LPN license to practice in the state of North Carolina

+ Current CPR certification

+ Minimum experience of 3 years as an LPN in clinical practice

+ Experience with documentation in an electronic health record

Preferred Qualifications:

+ 5 years experience as an LPN in clinical practice

+ Familiar with vaccine schedules

+ Proficient in performing EKGs, ear lavage

+ Time management skills

Required license or certification:

+ Active LPN license to practice in the state of North Carolina

+ Current CPR certification
