    Description

    Robert Half is hiring a Data Entry Clerk for our client in the healthcare sector. This role supports the organization’s operational success by ensuring the accuracy and completeness of important data records.     Key Responsibilities:

    + Enter, review, and verify high-volume data entries into the organization’s internal systems and databases with impeccable accuracy.

    + Prepare and format spreadsheets, ensuring alignment with reporting guidelines and company standards.

    + Cross-check entered data with source documents to identify discrepancies and initiate corrections as necessary.

    + Maintain organized files and records in both physical and digital formats, adhering to organizational regulations for data security and confidentiality.

    + Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflows, providing support for reporting and audit requirements.

    + Generate reports based on entered data for managerial and team review, identifying trends or anomalies when appropriate.

    + Assist in implementing systems or software to streamline data entry practices and improve overall efficiency.

    + Respond to client, patient, or business partner inquiries about data-related matters, demonstrating a high level of professionalism

    Requirements

    + 1+ years of experience in data entry or clerical support; prior work in healthcare is a bonus.

    + Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (formulas, sorting, filtering) and database platforms such as Access or custom systems.

    + Superior attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy when handling sensitive data.

    + Ability to manage tasks under strict deadlines without compromising quality.

    + Strong organizational and time-management skills.

    + Bachelor’s degree preferred, but equivalent years of experience are acceptable.
