    Description

    Current opening in Staff Accountant for a specialized company in need of a reliable and innovative Staff Accountant to join their team.

    The right Staff Accountant will be over:

    + Participate in various department-wide initiatives

    + Ad-hoc reporting and special projects, as requested

    + Accounting experience in publicly traded company a plus

    + Strong analytical skills, accuracy and attention to detail a plus

    + Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills

    + Ability and willingness to meet business critical deadlines

    Requirements

    + Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, CPA helpful but not required

    + 2 years accounting experience preferred not required

    + Recent college graduate with a desire to learn and grow in accounting (no experience required)

    + Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
