Description We are looking for an experienced Trial Paralegal to join our team in Austin, Texas. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in trial preparation and support, including organizing exhibits, managing document production, and setting up war rooms. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be ready to travel for trials that may extend up to six to eight weeks.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and organize trial materials, including exhibits, pleadings, and other relevant documentation.

• Coordinate the setup and management of war rooms for trial proceedings.

• Oversee document production and ensure compliance with legal standards and timelines.

• Conduct legal research and assist with drafting briefs, complaints, and other legal documents.

• Manage trial calendars, schedules, and deadlines to ensure seamless trial preparation.

• Travel to trial locations as needed, providing on-site support for cases lasting up to 6-8 weeks.

• Communicate effectively with attorneys, clients, and other stakeholders to facilitate case progress.

• Handle claim administration and ensure accurate record-keeping throughout trial processes.

• Utilize legal software tools such as Aderant, Adobe Acrobat, and ACRIS to enhance workflow efficiency. Requirements • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a trial paralegal, with recent trial exposure.

• Proficiency in legal software systems, including Aderant, Adobe Acrobat, and ACRIS.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage complex trial preparation tasks.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration.

• Willingness to travel for extended periods, up to 6-8 weeks, to support trials.

• Ability to meet a minimum annual billing requirement of 1800 hours.

• Familiarity with calendar management and legal document production processes.

• Experience with claim administration and complaint handling in a legal setting.
