Description
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager/Sr. Consultant to join our team on contract to full time employment basis in Connecticut. In this role, you will oversee and drive the success of various software release and data change projects, ensuring seamless execution and delivery. Must work EST or CST hours
Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage complex software release and data change projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality results.
• Oversee project planning, execution, and monitoring while maintaining alignment with organizational goals.
• Utilize Atlassian Jira to track project progress, assign tasks, and manage workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement cloud technologies and ensure integration with existing systems.
• Facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining a focus on change management best practices.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and effective communication.
• Leverage Azure DevOps and other tools to enhance project efficiency and collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and industry best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements • A minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, with a strong track record of successful project delivery.
• Proficiency in Atlassian Jira and experience managing Agile Scrum workflows.
• Solid understanding of cloud technologies and their application in enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems, with the ability to integrate them into project solutions.
• Strong knowledge of budget processes and financial management within projects.
• Experience with change management practices to ensure smooth transitions.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps is a plus but not required. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
