Robert Half is working with our client to help identify a Treasury Analyst for their team.

This fast-paced, growth-oriented company is seeking a Treasury Analyst who will play a key role in enhancing cash forecasting, optimizing capital structure, and ensuring smooth treasury operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and eager to collaborate across departments to support strategic financial initiatives.

What You'll Do:

+ Support treasury operations and represent the team in ERP and TMS implementation projects

+ Collaborate with internal teams to build and maintain tools for cash and EBITDA forecasting

+ Manage leasing processes, including lease vs. buy analysis for IT and fleet assets

+ Prepare and analyze monthly and quarterly debt compliance reports

+ Facilitate banking and credit card account setup for acquisitions

+ Partner with investor relations to support outreach and reporting

+ Present financial insights and recommendations through reports and presentations

+ Assist in daily liquidity monitoring and borrowing decisions in partnership with cash management

+ Contribute to ongoing treasury projects and process improvements

Requirements

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

+ At least 2 years of experience in a Treasury function

+ Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) preferred

+ Experience with ERP systems is a plus

+ Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills

+ Able to work independently and cross-functionally in a dynamic environment

+ Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship

Salary range for this position is 65,000 to 75,000
