    Position Summary

    The Senior Director, Brand Lead – AAD is responsible for leading the commercial strategy, brand positioning, and execution for Rexulti in Agitation Associated with Dementia (AAD). This role is pivotal in maximizing brand performance by driving HCP and consumer engagement, market development, and omnichannel execution. The role includes oversight of the brand P&L including net sales and all relevant cross-functional expenses.

     

    The individual will lead a cross-functional team, ensuring a strong connection between HCP marketing, consumer engagement, and sales execution. The Senior Director will collaborate closely with market access, medical affairs, regulatory, and commercial operations to drive executional excellence and ensure strategic alignment with corporate objectives.

    Key Responsibilities

    + **Brand Strategy & Execution** : Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for Rexulti in AAD, ensuring a strong market presence and differentiated positioning.

    + **HCP Marketing Leadership:** Lead HCP engagement strategies, including non-personal promotion (NPP), speaker programs, KOL engagement, and congress initiatives.

    + **Consumer Marketing & Awareness:** Oversee patient and caregiver engagement efforts, ensuring the development of educational programs that drive disease awareness and patient activation.

    + **Market Access Pull Through:** Drive strategic market access pull through strategies by collaborating with market access and field sales to ensure seamless integration of reimbursement support, patient access programs, and/or formulary positioning into brand promotional efforts.

    + **Alliance Management:** lead alliance management efforts by fostering strong partnerships with co-promote and strategic alliance partners, ensuring alignment on brand strategy, promotional execution and shared business objectives.

    + **Omnichannel Marketing & Digital Engagement:** Drive omnichannel marketing strategies and personalized engagement content, including but not limited to decision engine and orchestration, integrating personal and non-personal promotional efforts to maximize impact.

    + **Market Insights & Competitive Intelligence:** Utilize market research, real-world insights, and competitive analysis to refine marketing strategies and respond to market dynamics.

    + **Field Force & Sales Enablement:** Develop strategies to support salesforce execution, including messaging, promotional materials, and training resources.

    + **Cross-Functional Leadership:** Partner with market access, sales, medical affairs, and regulatory teams to ensure a coordinated and effective brand strategy.

    + **Budget & Resource Management** : Manage marketing budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to optimize brand performance.

    + **Performance Monitoring & Optimization:** Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess marketing effectiveness, measure brand performance, and adjust strategies accordingly.

    + **Team Leadership & Development:** Lead a team of HCP and consumer franchise brand marketers, providing guidance, mentorship, and strategic direction to drive high performance and execution excellence.

    + **Financial & Performance Management:** Own the P&L responsibility for Rexulti in AAD, ensuring development of robust net sales forecasts, promotional mix optimization, budget planning, and strong return on investment across initiatives. Ensure alignment of investments across functions (Medical, Sales, Access) to brand strategy.

    Qualifications & Key Competencies

    + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred

    + 10+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience, including marketing roles, with expertise in CNS, neurology, psychiatry, or related therapeutic areas

    + Experience leading both HCP and consumer marketing strategies, including omnichannel execution

    + Proven leadership in brand strategy, launch execution, and lifecycle management

    + Experience in market access, sales, and/or commercial operations highly preferred

    + Strong collaboration skills, with experience working closely with market access, sales, and medical teams

    + Financial acumen, with experience managing P&L, budgeting, and marketing ROI measurement

    + Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to develop and mentor high-performing teams

    + Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage market insights to refine strategy and execution

    + Experience working in a matrixed organization, managing multiple priorities and ensuring strategic alignment
