Marketing Events Associate Fully Onsite! Caldera Medical's Mission - To Improve the Quality of Life for Women! Message from the Hiring Manager: Caldera Medical is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Marketing Events Associate to support the planning, coordination, and execution of tradeshows, conferences, and industry events. This role is critical in ensuring a polished and impactful brand presence, delivering memorable experiences, and supporting overall marketing and sales objectives. Duties and Responsibilities: * Event Planning & Coordination * Coordinate all logistics for tradeshows and events, including event registration, booth setup, shipping, and equipment management. * Support pre-event planning, including timelines, travel coordination, and asset preparation. * Cross-Functional Collaboration * Partner with marketing, sales, and product management teams to ensure event goals are aligned with business objectives. * Help execute event strategies that drive brand awareness and customer engagement. * Vendor & Partner Management * Manage relationships with external vendors, such as exhibit houses, event planners, print shops, and shipping companies. * Ensure high-quality and timely delivery of all booth and marketing materials. * On-Site Support * Assist with event setup, teardown, and day-of logistics to ensure smooth execution and professional presentation. * Represent Caldera Medical on-site, maintaining brand standards and supporting the team as needed. * Reporting & Analysis * Track and analyze event success metrics, lead generation data, and attendee engagement to assess ROI. * Prepare post-event reports with recommendations for future improvements. * Budget & Timeline Management * Maintain accurate budgets and timelines for each event, ensuring cost-effective execution and adherence to deadlines Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field * 2+ years of experience in event coordination, marketing, or a related field (preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry) * Excellent organizational and project management skills * Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple events simultaneously * Effective verbal and written communication skills * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with event management platforms is a plus * Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including occasional weekends or evenings for event support Competitive Compensation, Comprehensive Benefits, and more! * $80,000-$95,000 annually * Medical and Dental Benefits - 75% paid for employee and family members * Vision Coverage * 401(k) with 4% matching contributions after 90 days of employment * Basic Life and AD&D * Unlimited Vacation Policy * 6 Weeks Paid Maternity Leave * 10 paid holidaysincluding your birthday! * Being surrounded by amazing people!
