Position Summary

This individual would assist brokers with the contracting/certification process, enrollments, answer specific product questions and assist with escalated issues. This role would report to the Broker Service Department in but be dedicated to the appropriate market.

Required Qualifications

+ Health insurance related experience, supporting Brokers 2-3 years is REQUIRED

+ Insurance/Life and Health Insurance License is desired (must license within 6 months if there is no license at time of hire).

+ Will travel to broker meetings upon request ( up to 25% ).

+ Must live in Pacific or Mountain time zone. Pacific time zone preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

+ Experience in a production environment.

+ Medicare Advantage.

+ Customer Service experiences in a transaction based. environment such as a call center or retail location preferred.

Education

+ The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

+ -Insurance/Life and Health Insurance License is desired (must license within 6 months if there is no license at time of hire).

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$18.50 - $38.82

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
