Job Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

+ Utilize source documentation generated from multiple billing engines and in-place systems to ensure accurate subscriber count extraction while meeting assigned deadlines

+ Review and update current systems and tools to ensure a robust and repeatable process for extracting subscriber data is in place

+ Aid in managing Programming changes including billing system implementations, network launches, takedowns and package changes for accuracy of subscriber data

+ Aid in the audit and maintenance of subscriber reporting. Additionally, backup Pay TV Subscriber Reporting Team as needed

+ Perform contract summary reviews to ensure contracts are executed correctly with respect to subscriber reporting

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Education and Experience:

+ Bachelor's degree; plus two years of relevant experience is preferred

Skills and Qualifications:

+ Strong Excel and Access skills and proficiency with database query tools such as Hyperion, Orbit, in addition to MS Office products and Google Suite

+ Ability to learn quickly, prioritize and work under pressure, adapt to a rapidly changing environment

+ An inquisitive mindset and a willingness to question the status quo are desirable attributes

+ High energy, positive attitude, and the desire to learn

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $90,000.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
