    Job Description

    We are seeking two diligent Data Entry Specialists to join our team. The role involves receiving lists and entering orders into SAP and Excel. This is an office-based position requiring the handling of a large volume of orders. Proficiency in Excel, including the use of Pivot Tables, is essential. Candidates must pass an Excel assessment. Bilingual skills are optional but welcomed.

    Responsibilities

    + Receive and accurately enter orders into SAP and Excel.

    + Handle a high volume of order administration efficiently.

    + Utilize Excel Pivot Tables for data management and reporting.

    + Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all entries.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in SAP and Excel.

    + Experience with Excel Pivot Tables.

    + Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

    + 1 year of relevant data entry experience.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Bilingual capabilities are a plus.

    + Back ground in ERP systems is advantageous.

    Work Environment

    The position offers two shifts: 1st shift from Monday to Friday, 4am-12:40pm with a 40-minute lunch break, and 2nd shift from 2pm-10:40pm with a 40-minute lunch break. Mandatory overtime includes 2 extra hours a day, three times a week, and occasional Saturday mornings. Overtime hours are required only until the end of August. This is a contract-to-hire position due to the high volume of work.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
