Job Title: Data OperatorJob Description

We are seeking a dedicated Data Operator to join our team in an office-based environment. The successful candidate will utilize Microsoft products, such as Outlook and Excel, daily. Responsibilities include answering and directing incoming calls to appropriate departments or internal employees, as well as adding service tickets. The role involves working with monitors in a central station during the 2nd shift from 3 PM to 11 PM. Comprehensive training for six weeks will be provided, followed by a schedule with structured workdays.

Responsibilities

+ Utilize Microsoft Outlook and Excel for daily tasks.

+ Field incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments or internal employees.

+ Add service tickets and manage them efficiently.

+ Collaborate with the team in a central station for managing incoming calls.

+ Participate in six weeks of training to ensure proficiency in job responsibilities.

Essential Skills

+ Data entry experience within the past two years.

+ Customer service experience within the past two years.

+ Moderate Excel knowledge, including basic formulas like SUMIFS.

+ Experience in a clerical role within the past two years.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.

+ Experience with phone systems and monitoring incoming security signals.

+ Strong typing and order entry skills.

+ Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

+ Dependability and reliability in attendance.

Work Environment

The work environment is casual, allowing employees to dress in jeans and a shirt during the 2nd shift from 3 PM to 11 PM. Employees enjoy a four-day weekend once a month. The workplace is UL certified, requiring two people to be on-site simultaneously. This role offers great benefits upon conversion and competitive pay, along with annual salary reviews.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
