    Job Description

    We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead and manage cross-functional teams in evaluating, developing, and overseeing projects for Released Product Management. This role involves managing the operational aspects of ongoing projects and liaising between project management, planning teams, and line management.

    Responsibilities

    + Lead cross-functional teams to evaluate, develop, and manage projects for Released Product Management.

    + Oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects, serving as a liaison between project management, planning team, and line management.

    + Manage the development and implementation process of products and services with departmental or cross-functional teams.

    + Review the status of projects and budgets, manage schedules, and prepare status reports.

    + Monitor projects from initiation through delivery.

    + Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals.

    + Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem-solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.

    + Gather requirements and manage requirements to ensure they meet the demands of key stakeholders.

    + Communicate with stakeholders and obtain engagement to ensure end products or processes solve business problems.

    Essential Skills

    + Proven experience in project management, particularly within the medical device industry.

    + Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, and non-verbal.

    + Exceptional influencing and interpersonal skills, including negotiating, managing change, and conflict resolution.

    + Ability to conduct briefings with senior or executive leadership regarding critical program outcomes.

    + Knowledge of medical device R&D, product development, and clinical/regulatory procedures.

    + Ability to lead multifaceted cross-functional teams.

    + Experience in managing and tracking project budget including resources, prototypes, suppliers, and expenses.

    + Strong business acumen and ability to think from an overall 'best for the business' perspective.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Degree in Engineering and/or scientific discipline, or equivalent industry experience.

    + PMP Certification.

    Work Environment

    The work environment is dynamic and collaborative, focusing on delivering high-quality products and services. The role may require interaction with various technologies and equipment pertinent to the medical device industry.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $71.55 - $95.40/hr.
