    Description

    We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Electrical Engineering Manager to lead and inspire our electrical engineering team. This role is focused on fostering a positive, high-performance team culture while ensuring successful project execution. The Electrical Engineering Manager will be responsible for guiding and developing engineers at all levels, empowering them to reach their full potential. You will play a critical role in shaping the team’s growth, collaborating across departments, and driving continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have a strong experience with people management, coaching, and team development, with the ability to align the team’s efforts with company goals and values.

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + U.S. citizenship or U.S. permanent resident required.

    + Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited program required. Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited program preferred.

    + 14 to 19 years of electrical controls experience with a Bachelor’s degree or 12 to 17 years of electrical controls experience with a Master’s degree.

    + Proven experience in managing electrical engineering teams and leading large-scale projects, with a focus on people management and development.

    + Strong leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to mentor, coach, and develop engineers at all levels.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $135000.00 - $175000.00/yr.
