    Job Title: Electronics Test TechnicianJob Description

     

    The Electronics Test Technician plays a crucial role in the Test Services team, focusing on performing electromagnetic compatibility testing across various industries. Working under direct supervision, the technician engages with a diverse range of products, from consumer items and wireless modules to complex medical devices and industrial systems, utilizing a state-of-the-art engineering and RF lab.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform electromagnetic compatibility testing.

    + Receive instructions from and report data to project engineers.

    + Communicate with clients during the setup and performance of a test.

    + Perform and document routine maintenance of designated test equipment and laboratory areas.

    + Conduct validation and verification of tests and equipment.

    Essential Skills

    + Expertise in EMC and electronics troubleshooting.

    + Proficiency in using test equipment such as oscilloscopes in a lab or product development setting.

    + Experience in engineering, EMC testing, and compliance.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Associate's Degree in Electronics or higher.

    + Familiarity with EMC/EMI testing.

    + Knowledge of test equipment such as spectrum analyzers, antennas, EMI receivers, network analyzers, and oscilloscopes.

    + Positive attitude and professionalism.

    + Ability to adapt to changes, delays, and unexpected events.

    + Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    + Solid written and verbal communication skills.

    The work environment includes a state-of-the-art engineering and RF lab equipped with advanced testing technologies. Team members are expected to maintain a high degree of professionalism and adaptability, working both independently and collaboratively. Emphasis is placed on clear communication and effective problem-solving in a dynamic setting.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $75000.00/yr.
