As the Director, Global Commercial, BRUKINSA, you will take on a critical leadership role in shaping the strategic direction and growth of the brand. You will be responsible for driving global competitive readiness efforts and opinion leader (OL) strategy and engagement. This role requires strong collaboration with the local markets and cross-functional partners to build integrated competitive readiness and OL engagement plans for BRUKINSA. In addition, this role requires collaboration with the sonrotoclax and CDAC global commercial teams for implications to competitive readiness and OL engagement. This position will also lend support to other BRUKINSA workstreams as needed. The role reports to the Executive Director, Global Commercial Lead, BRUKINSA.
Essential Functions of the Job:
+ Global Competitive Readiness
+ Lead cross-functional global workshops and workstreams to identify, characterize, and develop an action plan to drive continued growth of BRUKINSA while addressing competitive challenges
+ Develop global commercial campaign, positioning, messages, and tactics to counter competitive entrants or market events
+ Partner with congress lead to ensure appropriate and compliant pull-through of competitive messaging at commercial exhibit
+ Collaborate with colleagues on other global commercial teams to ensure incorporation of critical considerations for the broader hematology franchise
+ Global Opinion Leader (OL) Strategy and Engagement
+ Support the development of global OL mapping (identification, profiling, segmentation) across relevant disease areas and indications, working in close collaboration with local country marketing teams and colleagues on global commercial teams
+ Work in close collaboration with local country marketers and cross-functional partners to ensure commercial OL engagement strategy, positioning, and educational initiatives are consistently aligned with the global business strategy and OL knowledge needs
+ Partner with local country marketers to identify key thought leaders for global commercial strategic advisory boards and lead the design, development, and implementation of productive advisory boards
+ Partner with global BRUKINSA commercial team and local country marketer teams to build BRUKINSA advocates for current and future planned indications
+ Support other BRUKINSA workstreams as needed
+ Lend support to global brand lead for critical BRUKINSA workstreams as needed, such as opportunity assessments and scenario planning for commercialization, launch planning, positioning, messaging, governance preparation, and life cycle management
Preferred Qualifications:
+ 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing/healthcare-related commercial experience. Experience in Global/International Marketing, or New Product Planning is preferred.
+ At least three years of experience in hematology and/or highly competitive markets is preferred.
+ Strong team player who can incorporate input from key stakeholders and drive alignment.
+ Skilled in leading and influencing cross-functional teams, including interfacing with key internal and external stakeholders and with scientific and commercial teams.
+ Excellent communication skills
+ Working knowledge of lifecycle growth strategies.
+ Demonstrated experience delivering impactful launch and brand content.
+ Strong ability and desire to work across time zones, geographies, and cultures to improve the lives of patients and caregivers.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
+ This position will not be responsible for management of direct reports. However, it will require agency management, local market collaboration and significant cross-functional team leadership.
Education Required:
Doctorate degree & 5+ years of marketing experience or
Master’s degree & 7+ years of marketing experience or
Bachelor’s degree & 10+ years of marketing experience
**Computer Skills:** PC, including MS Office Suite, MS Teams
**Travel:** At least 20% including international travel
