Job Title: Quality Inspector

Job Description

As a Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for conducting both in-process and end-of-line inspections against established criteria for significant components of Boeing aircraft, including the fuselage of the 737 and 787.

Responsibilities

+ Perform detailed inspections of aircraft parts and components.

+ Ensure compliance with established quality standards and procedures.

+ Document inspection results and maintain accurate records.

+ Collaborate with team members to resolve quality issues.

Essential Skills

+ Minimum of 2 years of inspection experience in aerospace, military, or manufacturing environments.

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.

+ Proficiency in quality control and quality assurance processes.

+ Experience in aircraft inspection and aircraft sheet metal.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with aerospace standards.

+ Familiarity with calibrated inspection tools.

+ Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).

Work Environment

Join a dynamic team of 80 employees working around the clock. Positions are available on the 2nd or 3rd shifts. The work schedule includes Monday to Friday, with shifts from 2:30 PM to 11 PM or 10 PM to 6:30 AM. Although no overtime is offered during the week, weekend overtime is available, and employees are expected to work at least one weekend day every other week.

This is a Contract position based out of Wichita, Kansas.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $29.00/hr.
