Pay: $18- $22/HR

1** **st** **8A-430P M-F 5+ Hours of OT $21-$22/HR //

3** **rd** **Tuesday- Sunday 830PM-5AM $22/HR

Experience Required order selection, packaging, shrink wrapping, forklift, stand up forklift, material handling, pick, pallet jack, packaging, inventory

Job Description

The primary role of the warehouse worker is to operate within the cooler environment, handling the picking, pulling, and building of orders. Duties include palletizing products, loading, unloading, and staging materials for outgoing delivery.

Responsibilities

+ Pack and unpack items to be stocked on shelves in stockrooms, warehouses, or storage yards.

+ Verify inventory computations by comparing them to physical counts of stock, and investigate discrepancies or adjust errors.

+ Store items in an orderly and accessible manner in warehouses, tool rooms, supply rooms, or other areas.

+ Mark stock items using identification tags, stamps, electric marking tools, or other labeling equipment.

+ Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas in order to ensure compliance with safety regulations.

+ Keep records on the use and/or damage of stock or stock handling equipment.

+ Examine and inspect stock items for wear or defects, reporting any damage to supervisors.

+ Provide assistance or direction to other stockroom, warehouse, or storage yard workers.

Work Environment

Work in a clean, comfortable, and up-to-date facility with safeguards around all equipment. The floor may be wet due to the rinsing of machines, but it is drained and dried thoroughly. The role involves working in dry storage and cold storage areas, with temperatures as low as 34 degrees. Be prepared to work Tuesday through Sunday from 8:30 PM to 5:00 AM.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Paul, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.47 - $22.47/hr.
