Job Summary:

Responsible of billing and distributions functions. Attends, coordinates and address telephone calls or visitors. Provides support and orientation with the responsibility of minimize the waiting period in order to assure customer satisfaction on service. On occasions brings a direct support to customers.

Essential Responsibilities:

+ Attends the Agency call center

•Performs the billing process of insurance policies, endorsements, cancellations and reinstatements.

- Completes the distribution tasks assigned through the system

- Receives, review and work with returned correspondence. Edit customer’s information as needed.

- Prepares, discuss and process insurance finance’s contract

- Performs OFAC and FinCEN review within the period established

- Assists customers, in person or by phone, with their insurance service request or claim

• Performs other general office duties.

Competencies:

• Interpersonal communications skills

• Expertise on Microsoft Office Suite

- Ability to work with a call center system

• Strong skills on verbal/written communications

• Fully bilingual (Spanish/English)

• Ability to work under pressure

-Insurance Knowledge preferable

• Expertise on general office work and customer service

Minimun Requirements:

Associate Degree and at least three years’ experience in customer service. Experience in Insurance Industry is preferable.
