    Amazon and Shopify Management

     

    Process and manage Amazon orders daily.

     

    Monitor and respond to customer reviews.

     

    Optimize product listings to improve visibility and sales.

     

    Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

     

    Perform keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.

     

    Monitor search rankings and site traffic; adjust strategies for growth.

     

    Google AdWords / Paid Media

     

    Plan, launch, and optimize Google AdWords campaigns.

     

    Track performance metrics and generate performance reports.

     

    Website Management

     

    Update content, banners, product pages, and promotional messaging.

     

    Ensure website functionality and resolve technical issues quickly.

     

    Collaborate with designers or developers as needed.

     

    Basic Coding (HTML/CSS/JS)

     

    Make minor coding updates to website layout or landing pages.

     

    Troubleshoot and implement front-end fixes when required.

    Qualifications:

    2+ years of experience in ecommerce.

     

    Proven experience with Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, order processing, and customer engagement.

     

    Proficient in Google Ads and SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs).

     

    Familiarity with website CMS platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or similar).

     

    Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

     

    Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

     

    Excellent written and verbal communication.
