Title: Site Supervisor

Responsibilities: Our client is seeking an experienced Installation Supervisor to join their team in the Clarksville, Tennessee area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising the installation of specialty systems, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and ensuring job costs are met or beaten. Basic hand tools are required, while special tools will be provided. You will be managing a full cable installation for our new site. We are in the early phases of our build-out and would love to have someone looking for long-term stable work.

+ Teamwork and Planning: Drive results through strategic use of partnerships and planning.

+ Work Schedule: 6:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Some night work and weekends may be required based on customer demands.

+ Supervision: Supervise the installation of specialty systems (several helpers) and/or multiple projects simultaneously, while meeting or beating estimated job costs.

+ Installation and Maintenance: Install, troubleshoot, and maintain specialty systems (including but not limited to copper/fiber structured cabling, outside plant, CATV, CCTV, WLAN, fire alarm, access control, security, audio, etc.).

+ Project Management: Develop and integrate project schedules with other trades.

+ Technical Expertise: Possess experience with complex and/or technical installations.

+ Breaks: Mandatory breaks include two 15-minute breaks at 9:15 am and 3:30 pm, and a 30-minute lunch break at 11:00 am. If additional time is needed, team members must notify the onsite manager and their TEKsystems representative.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $34.00/hr.
