Job Description
Designation/ Title: Lead ECM Engineer (Content Management services - Java, SpringBoot & Backend)
Technology: Enterprise Content Management, Content Services (RESTful), Java, API & Backend technologies• 10+ Years of strong experience in ECM products, content services, APIs, middleware technologies.
• Strong hands-on experience in building content services APIs on AWS (including but not limited to Content storage, retrieval, versioning, access control, search, metadata management, transformation, streaming, workflow integrations, auditing, integration with other systems like - CRM, ERP, inbound/outbound systems, Retention & Insight)
• High skilled and knowledgeable with ECM concepts and implementation experience.
• Experience and knowledge on ECM architecture, technical stack (including Kafka, ELK etc.)
• Strong Hands-on experience in Java/j2EE/Spring Boot, API tech.
• Knowledge and working experience with AWS Cloud tech (AWS etc.), databases (Mongo, PostgreSQL, Oracle etc.) and storage (S3, EFSS, FS etc.), RESTful APIs for content management operations (create, read, update, delete), search, and metadata management, Robust error handling and logging mechanisms,
• Experience with Multi-tenant architectures (Application, Container level etc.)
• Experience in working DevOps (i.e., pipelines, deployments) environment - Containerization (e.g., Docker) and orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes) for easy deployment and scaling
• Experience on COTS ECM tools like Hyland Alfresco, IBM FileNet, OpenText ECM, Documentum (added advantage)
• Experience in Agile Delivery
